3. Refund Policy

If delivered data does not meet our stated quality standards (e.g., bounce rate exceeds 2%), we will replace the leads at no cost or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.

All lead lists and deliverables provided are for the exclusive use of the purchasing client. Redistribution or resale of our deliverables is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

InboxWon is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or data.
